Bison Mobile is a Bison Bank’s App and is available through the Internet or download in App Stores (Apple, Google, etc.). Through the mobile application, you can access your account through the bank to consult your account balance, statement as well as to make transfers. Furthermore, the application also allows exchanging currencies against the 24h marketing fixing published by European Central Bank.
Through the Bison Bank App, you can do transfers, currency exchange transactions and consulting your account’s statement and movements. More features are being developed now and you will be notified once they are ready to use.
To make sure that we provide a secure application, we use the following security measures:
• Login with security. You are asked to login the mobile application with your username and password, according to the Open Banking European Directive (PSD2), all security means were also implemented, through an SMS token sent to your registered mobile phone. We remind you of set-ting a strongly secure password for login.
• Transactions. According with the Open Banking European Directive (PSD2), all security means were also implemented, namely through an SMS token sent to your registered smartphone. This strength-ened/double security authentication method is also used in Transaction confirmations.
• Transaction Notifications. You’ll receive confirmation notifications of your transactions in your InMail (internal App’s mailbox).
• You will be asked by our Client Manager some security questions when-ever you contact us in all possible ways offered, including, the four digits of your IBAN, your passport number and your birthday etc.

Can access via web or find App versions in Apple Store and Google Play, with future availability in other stores in consideration.
Yes, you can do transfers within the amount of balance in your account anytime and anywhere with the mobile app. Please note that the transfer usually arrives T+2 days, or even longer, depending on currency and/or destiny.
You can cancel the transfer by getting in contact with us through custom-er.service@bisonbank.com email, or your Account Manager, during bank’s working time. Please note that once a transfer is made, cancelling it might bring additional transaction costs supported by you.
The balance and account movements are available in the app after logging in with your username and security password.
